Chia, Mango and Berry Protein Pot

Make this recipe part of your morning beauty routine! Its ingredients, rich in vitamin C and E, essential fatty acids, zinc and calcium, support skin hydration, elasticity and collagen formation.
1 serving Prep time: 5 minutes + overnight soaking. No cooking required.
Vegan and dairy free (if using plant-based milk and yoghurt). Gluten free.
Ingredients
2 tbsp chia seeds
Unsweetened almond or dairy milk
A handful of berries of your choice
A tbsp diced fresh mango
Greek yoghurt or plant-based protein rich yoghurt
Almond or cashew butter
Optional upgrades:
A sprinkle of cacao nibs
Ground flaxseed
Grated dark chocolate (85% or over)
Instructions
Soak chia seeds overnight in enough milk to just cover them. In the morning, add a little more milk to adjust consistency to your liking, top with yoghurt and berries and enjoy!
If you choose to add flaxseeds, grind them immediately before serving to ensure they retain their nutritional value. I use a coffee grinder for this.
