Nice to meet you.
I am Irene (pronounced Ee-wren-ay!), registered Nutritional Therapy practitioner and Nutritionist, former Google professional, and busy mum of two.
I help busy mums who put everyone else first reclaim their wellbeing and feel their best with simple, realistic nutrition and lifestyle strategies that fit around work, family, and everyday life.

No fad diets or quick fixes — just practical, evidence-based guidance that supports long-term results.
The Nutrition Reboot Method was created to help you make meaningful changes without adding stress to your day.

I’ve lived in the UK, Italy, Belgium, and Uruguay and my Italian upbringing strongly influences my relationship with food. I believe eating should feel enjoyable and nourishing — not stressful or restrictive.

My mission

After spending over 10 years in high-pressure corporate environments at Google, alongside navigating motherhood and supporting my husband through a long recovery from a life-altering accident, I understand how easily self-care can slip away when life feels overwhelming.

For this reason, I don’t believe women need more rules, pressure, or perfection — they need support that fits real life.
My mission is to help you reclaim your wellbeing by creating a safe, judgement-free space where you can slow down, feel heard and start prioritising yourself again.
